How can we fix the sorting of the visualization?

Sorting works fine when I select a particular month as a filter  but does not work when no filter is selected. How can we fix the sorting issue in visualization?

That is very strange, all I did was introduced a dual function which should have not changed anything. Can you create two objects

1) with new code

2) with old code

and show the comparison where it isn't working?
