How do I create a region by combining states in a Map Chart?
I am new to Qlik Sense Desktop but up till now I have been able to create some drill down Map Chart reports.
However, in my data I the list of states, which are automatically recognized by Qlik, I want to combine specific states into a single group area. Let me explain with sample data:
State
Region
Hokkaido
Hokkaido
Aomori
Tohoku
Iwate
Tohoku
Miyagi
Tohoku
Ibaraki
Kanto
Tochigi
Kanto
Chiba ken
Kanto
So, Qlik recognizes the State, but does not recognize the Region. Is there a simple way to get Qlik to recognize the compounded states as a single region?
