How do I do a backup for a Qlik Sense upgrade?

Hello,

I will be upgrading my multinode Qlik Sense environment from 1.0.1 to 2.1.1. I wanted to know what folders/files I should backup if anything were to happen during the upgrade process.

This is worth noting: Where is the pg_dump.exe file for backup repository?

I couldn't find it to start with.
