How do I link these fields together?

Hi,

I have a .xlsx file which stores a combination of a productcode and groupcode and it's associated percentages. 

This is stored in the HUH2 table as "Koppeling" and "Percentages".

Now this combination also exists in my data as seperate units, namely: In the Klantinformatie table: Klantgroep = groupcode and in the Artikelnaam table: productcode = CProductgroep. How do I link these two together such that I can see all the associated percentages?
