How do you retrieve JSON data from a sheet using the Rest Api

I have a sheet that is apart of an app. I am wanting the ability to use the designated filters on the sheet to retrieve json data using the REST API.

Is this possible? I keep seeing how to get information on the sheet, but I want the actual data results
