How sort bar chart based on specific order

Hello everyone, 

I have a  stacked bar chart  with some departments as a dimension and calculated measures as the length of the bar,

I used the sort by expression and write below expression but it doesn't work 

Match(Departement,'[Exec. Office]','Admin','Financial','Drilling','Geophysics' , 'Drill Bits','E&P' )

I would be grateful if someone can help me

follow below steps

1. Open your data manager

2. select table there your field is present

3. double click on that table

4. select your field that you want to be sort

5. you can see there data profiling card

6.select there order

7. drag up or down whatever you want.

8. click load data button top right corner.
