How to Alert Send by Qlikview Server

Dear Team,

i Stuck a problem.Kindly help me for Solving this problem.

i configured mail server in Qmc. But Test Mail is not going. Failure Sending Mail.

It can be possible i missed some settings. Kindly tell me these settings for helping going to mail

i Check in tool>>Alert>>batch mode.

check whether if you have given right SMTP server IP or Host Name in the Mail settings

i did it. IT team is saying to me that all credential is right

did you check firewall settings?

There may be cases that mail is being sent from the server and SMTP server is blocking it.

check with concerned team whether the server in which qlikview server is installed is allowed in SMTP server.
