How to Create A Counter Field In Qlik Sense

DOes anyone know how to create a counter field in Qlik Sense. My guess it is similar to an IF {Field} IS Null,Yes, ELSE No}

Not sure if qlik works this way. Just need a way of counting the yes and no responses based on a conditional logic. Please let me know
