How to Create Chart Based on Table

Hi I am new to Qlik Sense can any one help regarding the below,

I am having Customer Items Table  i want to create chart based on

1)Product sales by POS Station (To see which product performance),

2)Product volume by day (2D heatmap, to see product demand on each day, to gauge product stock demand) ,

3)Average Profit vs volume vs profit by Product,
