How to Transpose Qlik Sense Tables

Hello!

I am transitioning from Tableau to Qlik Sense and I am finding that some things that are simple in Tableau are not very straight forward or possible in Qlik Sense.  For example in Tableau if I pull a pill and place it on the Column it will take the name of the pill and make it the axis.  I am trying to create the attached image but I cannot seem to be able to transpose my data correctly.   I cannot seem to get the name of the field to be on the left hand side next to the data.  It keeps putting it on the top (see second picture).

Hi @JordanTDillon ,

I feel your pain. I'm having to do the same thing with PowerBI and have found that it doesn't do what I want it to do.

I don't know the shape of your data as I can only see one column in your Qlik example (Total Routes (Daily)). This looks like a pre-aggregated measure rather than a dimension which is where it is situated in your example.

From your example it looks like you need two dimension columns and a measure. One dimension column that contains the values of [TO Optimised Baseline V. Baseline] and [Design Calibration], another dimension column that has [Baseline Routes] and [Optimised Baseline Routes] and another column that has some kind of measure or something to aggregate over.

If you had a sample data that demonstrates the shape of your data, I'm sure we could come up with a solution to the problem.

Thanks

Anthony
