How to add a Connectors to a Qlik Sense Desktop app

I am trying to add some connectors in a Qlik Sense Desktop but I am not able to add a connector Qlik sense Desktop app. I have also tried multiple solution available at Qlik Sense Community. Can anyone help me how I can add a connector in Qlik Sense.

Attached is the screenshot of the Problem which I have asked I am not able to see Facebook connector here. It is missing . How can I add a connector here. It is a Qlik Sense Desktop app.
