How to add custom tooltip for KPI when mouse hover on that KPI?

Hi,

I want to add tool tip on KPI definition when mouse hover on that KPI.

For Ex.  I have KPI for Total Employees in Organization.

When I mouse hover on that KPI it should display custom too tip (like "Total Employees in Org(Org. Name) : 10")

Not possible with the native KPI object as far as I know; closest thing would be a footnote on the object.
