How to add error bars to a bar chart

I have attached an excel file as an example of data I play with. I want to display this using a bar chart with error bars where:

Perc is the bars i am interested in and Err is the error (either side of the perc(percentage))

So the bottom line of any error bar would be err1 and the top err2.

How would i go about doing this in Qliksense?
