How to add map layer from KLM source?

Hi,

I'm trying to show marine economic zones as a map layer based on data (KLM-files) from http://www.marineregions.org/.

The downloaded KLM file from marineregions.org is not a list of coordinates but rather a reference to a another file (se below). I have been trying various ways to add the data (the file, the URL, etc.) to my app but i doesn't work 😞

Help on  this would be highly appreciated. Rgds//Peter
