How to alias a Domain for SSL-Certificate?

Hello,

I googled now for a while, but I think I just don't know the right key words.

Can someone tell me how you can have a Server reachable over different Domain Names?

My issue:

I have a QlikSense Server running on "QlikSense.domain.local", but I want to use a SSL-Certificate for "*.domainxyz.de"

So I found multiple articles how to give a Alias to the Server (Qliksense.domain.local > Qlikxyz.domain.local), but I need a guide (or the right keywords to google) for changing the Domainname.

Thanks for any help in advance!

Best regards,
Tobi

Hello,

I know you can use a SAN SSL for Domains and SUB domains. Not sure that it will work for your purpose. But here is link .
