How to apply a certain color for the greatest value in Pivot Table

Hi all,

I have a problem that I don't know how to fix and I want to ask you if there is a solution.

I want to apply a certain color for the biggest value for each client per every City.

So, if Client1 has the greatest value on City 1 for KPI1 it will get a green background (see below).

Is it possible to do it? And if the answer is yes, how it is this possible?
