How to avoid Duplicates in Qlik sense straight table

Hi,

I am stuck here. Can anyone please help me how to resolve this? Appreciate for your help.

In the above table i want to remove the duplicates of  the name (Stuart Finite Lindsay & Stuart Lindsay Finite ) as both rows are same. I want to show only one row instead of 2. How can i remove this.

can you try pivot instead of straight table. which will resolve your issue.
