How to calculate different between two time,date fields and eliminate at the same time

Hi, I hope someone can help me on this!

I have created a new table like this

I have two fields

1. createdAt (represents when a request is created)
2. DispatchedOn (represents when a request has been dispatched)

What I want:

1. I want to first calculate minutes between creation time, and dispatching time
2. I want to eliminate the hours and the days we do not work

We only open from 8:00 am, to 18:00 pm and we don't work on Fridays

I would appreciate the answers to the two points I need to do,
