How do I calculate time difference between two time stamps for a status?

I want to calculate the time between when an item was in Open and item got closed.

FromStatus	Created.Cal.timestamp Y-M-D h:m	CategorieStatusFrom	ToStatus	CategorieStatusTo
Open	22/6/2020 4:35:02 PM	To Do	In Progress	In Progress
In Progress	22/4/2021 3:59:39 PM	In Progress	Done	Done
