how to calculate the variance in pivot chart

Example I have table in the below format

Sl.No  Product       Period   Amount

1         Apple          Q1        25000

2         Samsung    Q2        35000

3         Nokia          Q1        45000

4         Sony           Q2        75000

In the pivot chart i want to Show Q1 Q2 and Variance
