How to connect sharepoint online list data

I need to get SharePoint online list data using qlik sense desktop. After I enter the Base URL and SITE PATH, click Authenticate it will pop up the login page, as shown in screenshot 1 and i didn't get any feedback after clicking request approval. Is there any solution, please let me know very grateful

by the way,i can not find who is the admin. and the admin is qlik admin or Sharepoint admin
