How to create a custom Current Selections in Qlik Sense

Hi, I'm trying to create a custom Current Selections bar in Qlik Sense. Just like below the image.

I have searched and have find a documentation of configuring custom Current Selections bar in Qlik Sense. But when I creating a extensions for custom selections. I cant modify what my requirements should look.

Is there someone already create what my requirements should look? if yes, Can I have a copy of extensions.
