How to create subset using 2 loaded table in Qlik

Hi friends,

I have come across a scenario like below.

I have 2 tables Data1 and Data2 with Common key "Key1".

now I need FieldA from Data1 and FieldB from Data2 and create a subset of data by merge FieldA &FieldB . Any idea. Please help.very urgent.
