How to create tootip in Qlik sense Pivot table

I have created the attached pivot table. I used the formula - Count(ranid)/Count(total<Category>(ranid)) to get the % in the pivot.

I want to see the numerator and denominator in the tooltip for each and every % in that pivot table. How can I get that?
