How to display the non associated value in the dimension

Hi All,

I have a pie chart and I am trying to retain all the dimension values irrespective of selection (i.e. Display the dimensions values all the time irrespective of selection being made).

For example:

I have the date field which has dates from Jan 1 2018 to May 1 2019. When I select a value from a field (say Name), the report will only display the associated values (i.e. doesn't show non associated dates). Is it possible to include the non associated values in the dimension?
