How to export so many table in a unique turn

 Hi, friends.

I am newbie in this world. I would like to export so many tables from QlikSense to file xlsx. But I do this one per time. 

I want to export all these in a only time. How do I do that? With Macro? Script? Anyone has any example? I don't find this information anywhere.
