How to give a user access to stream

I'm working on Qlik Sense

I want to give a user access to a stream

is it by giving the user and stream the same value of a custom property or by creating a security rule?

Please advise as I'm getting confused

creating a security rule is the common way.

a security rule that makes sure users and stream have the same value of a customer property?

if yes can this be made in bulk mode? as I have over 50 users to give them access to a specific stream
