How to hide and show apps using QMC?

Hello, I have made a role which can only read all the apps(of all owners) in my streams. 

I actually want this role to limit the users to see/view all the apps not created by the owners themselves under Work Stream.

They should see only their app in Work Stream (with all access). But in other Streams they can only view the apps irrespective of whoever the owner is.
