How to install Visualization and dashboard bundle, after installation of Qlik Sense Enterprise?

I have a question about Qlik Sense: I saw that in Qlik help website there are ‘Dashboard bundle’ and ‘Visualization bundle’.

I would like to use them but I do not know how to install them.

Our company has already installed ‘Qlik Sense Enterprise’. I searched on internet it says I need to tick the boxes when I download Qlik Sense, however I think that was not done when it was installed in my company. I would like to know how should I add these bundles to Qlik Sense given that Qlik Sense has already been downloaded?
