How to interlink to datasheets ?

Dear all, 

I had imported two datasets into my data manager.  Both the datasets are unique expect one column. I want to connect them such that in my graphs when I change this  unique value graphs for both the datasets should get filtered out?

What are the unique keys of your tables? And can you connect the tables by these keys?

The unique columns are the name of the projects. when I am trying to connect them in data manager the column names are changing automatically.
