How to load data from multi level pivot table excel to Qliksense.

Hi Experts,

Hi, I have a pivot table from which i want to load data from the pivot table which have multiple levels. Simple cross table  will not work. Is there a way to load data from this type of pivot table. Also the items under FRUITS (Project) and VEGETABLES (Project) are dynamic and will  may change for the subsequent years. How to load the dynamic data in such cases.

I am attaching a sample excel file for reference.
