How to make a button active/enabled based on a container's tab selection in Qlik Sense

In my dashboard I have a tab container with two tabs and two buttons should become active / enabled based on the tab selection: 

To make the "East" button enabled only when the "Revenue by Location" tab is selected, and the "Sale Region" button enabled only when the "Revenue by Sales Region" tab is selected.  Appreciate any suggestions/solutions.

There is no action on the tab title.

The only option I see is to rebuild everything in layout container and use buttons as the Action trigger.
