How to make move and resize objects dynamically in Qlik Sense Mash Up?

Hopefully you guys can help me out?
The old QS had a Mash Up template called "Basic mashup template with absolute positioning". This template allowed you to move objects, no resizing yet. Does anyone know where I can get it or download it? or even better how to code it - HTML or JS?
