How to manage USER and LOGIN access in APRIL 2019?

I can't find where to assigne tokens anymore since the upgrade to APRIL 2019 !!

What am I supposed to do??

Where are they???!!

I see it's RED BUT when upgrading I had no message saying this migration failed ! what should I do?!

If you navigate to the Site license section, take a peak at the LEF access information.

This type of presentation would be expected if you are using a core based license. For example this is a core based license:

000000000000000
PRODUCTLEVEL;50;;2020-01-31
PRODUCT;ENTERPRISE;;
NO_OF_CORES;8;;

That's exactly the way my LEF is presented

Since the last upgrade to apr 2019, I can't see anything

What do you mean can't see anything? With a core based license you aren't licensing users based on named access, you are licensing the compute hardware available. This means you will not see user based allocations in the license section of the QMC. As far as things changing, that's more of a Qlik Support style question since I have not seen licenses change from named user access to core based automagically.
