How to remove or disable the "Open Hub" option by accessing from external application

Hi,

How to remove or disable the "Open Hub" option by accessing the reports from an external application?

We have an application where we access to different reports directly with a url.

We need to disable the "Open Hub" navigation button.

Is there a rule to do so?
