How to set up with three default selection when I open my Qliksense App.?

Hi All ,

How to set up with three default selection when I open my Qliksense App.

I used Styled List to select for year 2019,

But , how to select UW Month Name as Max (UW_MONTH_KEY) and Province as "Gauteng".

Please kindly assist.
