How to take the average of 2 different columns in a pivot table

I have a pivot table that has RPT_MTH as a column in the pivot table. Net Connections is the measure.

I need to add another measure that takes the average of the Net Connections for the month and the prior month. Using the attached screenshot as an example: The average net connections for 2021-01-01 is (15+10)/2 = 12.5. So, that's the average of the net connection of 2021-01-01 and 2020-12-01. As time goes by, a new month is added so I can't reference the months by specific values in the formulas.

Thanks for any help!
