How to terminate Qlik Sense load?

How can I terminate Qlik Sense load which seems to be stuck and the Abort button at the bottom of the screen is disabled?

I can but then if I open it again I still get the same message that the data is reloading

then you have to terminate the whole application

Please close the current tab for some time ,Try after some that will help you or Restart the physical server

Did you try the Abort option on Data Load Progress window.

Yes, and after I haven't fount these processes I used cmd
