How to upload qlik sense project in github?

I have made a project in Qlik sense which has 3 visualization sheets. My concern is I want to showcase this project in my GitHub profile but can't find a way to upload Qlik sense file. Help me out how to do it and what else can I upload in GitHub from Qlik sense.?

Is there any option in Qlik Sense where I can make my Project public in Qlik Sense? And anyone can see it by just clicking the link??
