How to use Qlik Notification Connector

Hi Techies,

I am trying to trigger email alert using Qlik Notification Connector in Qlik Sense Desktop July 2017 version.

As suggested in qlik help I have generated the script using Qlik Notification Connector and loaded the script in an app to test. It is not triggering any mail. Am I missing something? If you have tried it already please help me. I need to set an email alert for my client.

Corrections Made:

SMTPServer :

smtp.gmail.com:587

From Email:

emailid@gmail.com

Hi Kaushik,

Qlik notification connector is not anymore in Qlik Market websites .

Could you please let me know product name has been changed  or we need to select to other product???

"Qlik Web Connectors" in the site.

Make sure, As far my inputs - Gmail configuration won't work with this where as Company's email with there host will deserve.

If you need more info, Please create new thread as this is very old one 🙂

Are you really sure Gmail configuration won't work  with this???

As i have found case in community where fews users have used Google accounts.
