How to write this Excel expression into qliksense chart

Dear friends,

I have one excel file with few columns. In one of the column they wrote this excel logic =PERCENTRANK.EXC($Z$4:$Z$105,Z4,1)*10+1 . I am unable to understand this how to implement in qliksense chart.

Can you please tell me this expression in qliksense.
