How write formula properly

Hello, 

I'm looking for support. I have question how to write formula.

I need to count [Unhold date] , but only when [Unhold date] is bigger or equal to [hold date].

Main is incorrect 

Count(if([Date UnHold]>=[Date Hold]),[Date UnHold])

Try correcting the brackets, like:

Count(if([Date UnHold]>=[Date Hold] , [Date UnHold]))
