I got Error messages in English and Japanese in same browser

HI Qlik Experts,

Please help me to find answers for following question.

I have got error messages in English and Japanese language in same browser. Why is that happening?

I tried to control it in browser language settings. But it may not match with the language setting.
I needed error messages in Japanese when the browser setting in Japanese. and I delete the English language package, but error is  appears in English.

Note: I modified the ErrorCode.16.
Tested browsers are IE and Chrome
