I have a user who is a Root Admin in our Production system. I did that so that he could see all of the Data Connections to do some quick work there. Unfortunately no matter what I do he can only see the Folder types and none of the others.
In our DEV environment he can see all of them. He is a RootAdmin there also.
I have dug through everything that I can think of and no luck allowing him to see all of the Data Connections.
I am pretty sure this is getting blocked in a Rule somewhere. But for the life of me I can't find it.
I even deleted him as a user and had him log back in to recreate his account. He has a token.
Another weird thing is that after I did this I had him create a new app. He gets Access Denied on this new app. But he can open other apps that have been published to other streams with no problem.
