I want to load scripts that refer to absolute or relative file paths, I am using personal desktop Qlik sense version

Is it possible to load scripts that refer to absolute or relative file paths from free personal edition of Qlik sense desktop version.

If yes, How?

I tried to following steps mentioned in help material-

This didnt help, as i didnt find any settings.ini file in my installed location.

Please help.
