Incorporating all dates as line item in the main table:

Hi All,

There is a table where data is there along some dates of the month.I want all dates from starting of the fiscal year till date to be associated along the key of the table.

Like if the table is

Key Date            Rate

1     31/08/2018   11

2     30/04/2018   22

3     30/06/2018   33

Output should be

Key Date            Rate

1    30/04/2018  

1    31/05/2018

1    30/06/2018

1    31/07/2018

1    31/08/2018   11

1    30/09/2018

How to achieve this?
