Input Column in Pivot table and export to excel

Is there any way to add a input column to the pivot table so that user can mention his comments and then export to excel?

I think the best way to do this is to look at K4 analytics, or some other Write back extension.  There are several, I think now, so you should be able to find something useful.  you can also take a look at this Qlik Branch extension.
