Inserting another dimension for stacking bar chart isn't available

Hi all together,

I want to creating a stacking bar chart and I orientate towards this video:

But when it comes to inserting a second dimension, I have no chance to add it, as "Add" is blanked out, as it can be seen in the screenshot.

The solution may be simple but I'm stuck at this point.

use a BAR CHART, not a stacked one to achieve what's shown in the video

Use bar chart. You are using Combo chart.
