Installing Error

Hi guys:

I'm trying to install Qlik Sense Desktop April 2019 version.

The installation fails and a screen with the message "An error has occured"  is shown.

No details. No error code. No nothing.

Can anybody give me some help.

Zipped log file atached.

I am also unable to install Desktop April 2019.  Mystified.  Hoping someone can help.

Go to Documents and delete Qlik folder then restart the machine and try to re-install the scratch. and you should look if there is any in Control Panel. Please check and uninstall if there is any?

Thank you for your reply loveisfail. 

Before I got to try your suggestion, a colleague of mine suggested that I simply right click the setup file and choose run as administrator.  That did the trick for me.  I was not aware of this trick.
