Is there anything that allows conditional background shading in Qlik Sense?

I am trying to create an image like this....

So I have it to where it's showing a percentage but I can't find anything in QlikSense that will allow for conditional background shading.  Does this exist? What should I use?

Not an exact result what you're looking for but a work around....

The yellow color you see is an Image inserted in Tet Box. The color of the expression has been changed to White.
